The purpose of the Client Advocacy Program is to prevent patients rights violations and review, investigate, and resolve patient rights violations. If you believe that your patient rights have been violated, you should talk to your case manager, their supervisor, their program director, or your physician first. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may register a patient rights complaint with the Center's advocate. The advocate will talk with you, staff and others as necessary. The medical chart will be reviewed, and your concerns may be discussed with the Center Director at a team meeting.
